Even though there was 9 inches of new powder up in the mountains, I chose a relaxing weekend staying in. It was a great choice to start my Sunday by baking a blueberry pie, listening to Meiko and drinking Earl Grey tea. I didn’t make the pie crust since a friend gifted me with a spelt grain pie crust. A taste of summer really!
Oh, and then the Broncos won. You heard about that, right?
