Holiday baking + beer is always a great combination. In the early days of the Railways, I made a Guinness Cake which marked a pivotal moment – I was actually good at baking.
I wanted to change things up a bit and thought Gingerbread with Guinness sounded divine. The recipe I chose was a breeze to make and smelled delicious baking. Now all I need is vanilla bourbon or vanilla Kahula ice cream to serve alongside. Yums.
