I like diving into new baking adventures. When I was home for the holidays, my mom wanted to make Panettone and Bakey Katey was ready for the challenge.
Thus far, my baking adventures have steered clear of bread, so it was nice to have a bit of guidance while making this recipe. There was a lot of waiting, kneading, and rising for this Panettone recipe, but with a little patience the ending result was just divine. Yum.
