Christmas was all about stocking my kitchen with fun cooking doo-dads. Thanks family! I received ramekins, which I have been wanting for a while and their inaugural recipe was a Banana Walnut Upside-down Cake. Too much holiday baking gave me the itch to bake something simple. This recipe was the ticket and especially since it made a small batch – four ramekins (4 oz ramekins).
