It is Denver’s 5280 Restuarant Week, which means my favorite time of the year to try new nom noms.
Last weekend we visited Vita for a late dinner. We started out our meal with the Serrano Flatbread and Dijon Spaetzle which was followed by the Butter Lettuce (with beets of course!) and Arugula salad. Our third course consisted of Grilled Pork Tenderloin with roasted butternut squash puree, nutmeg spaetzle, arugula and onion salad topped with a pear vinaigrette and the Mushroom Risotto with crimini mushrooms, grana padano, leek, baby arugula and fresh thyme. Slobber. I was a happy little camper by the end of our meal. Vita definitely serves a decent portion during 5280 Restaurant Week, which isn’t so common at other restaurants.

I love restaurant week, I’m so sad I’m there!
