I was scrolling along the other night when I found a recipe for cheesy quinoa cakes and thought, ” I can do that, seems healthy.” After an intense 2 hours later, my results were a bit crumbly as my quinoa cakes wouldn’t stay together. I think they needed more cheese, or the expensive fontina cheese that the recipe actually called for and of course I didn’t use. I completed my cooking task all the while wishing that I was baking something. I do much better in that realm.
