Always a connoisseur of great breakfast spots, my mom found a restaurant for us while we were in Palm Springs. Cheeky’s Restaurant serves locally grown and organic food and adjusts their menu weekly to feature the freshest food.
Our breakfast started out with a french press followed by a flight of bacon. The flight included flavors such as Nodine’s Applewood, Brown Sugar, Apple Cinnamon and Jalapeno. Nom nom noms. I had the squash frittata that had squash blossoms, zucchini and chevre cheese. Mom had a spinach, bacon and cheese omelet with homemade bread and jelly. It most definitely was the best start to our day!
