Red hot cookies. Crumbley and cinnamoney.
I used a recipe found here, but if I baked these cookies again – I would use a standard chocolate chip recipe and substitute in red hots. These cookies didn’t spread out when they baked and the red hots did not melt completely. This recipe needs some adjusting for peak red hot chewiness inside the cookie. Maybe I’ll give it a go during Christmas, since I am almost 100% my dad will request red hot jello for one of our meals.
Ending result is that these cookies are yummy and cute. Perfect for Christmas time!
