For Valentine’s Day, my Mountain Man and I decided to cook dinner and dessert together at my apartment. We cooked mustard and herb panko crusted chicken with a side of gnocchi in a white wine beurre blanc. No lies, I was impressed at our capabilities at cooking a tasty dinner.
Our meal was followed by individual carrot cakes, that my Mountain Man baked (so proud!), and bubbley. A little blue bag from Tiffany & Co. showed up during dessert and you should have heard me squeal. Actually no, it was that all-too-common-loud-annoying-girl-scream. I feel very special with my new necklace and earrings. I may never take them off. Or throw the boxes away, that would just be wrong.
