Flipping though a book to find a recipe is a bit more novel than searching the web. It feels more real. This weekend’s recipe of Chocolate Bananagasm Muffins was from The Sugar Cube cookbook, which I used for my Duke of Earl Tea Cookies last summer. These muffins are quite tasty with cocoa nibs inside and sprinkled sea salt on top. I had all the ingredients on hand, which is my favorite way to bake, and have already had great reviews of these little treats. Yes, I am that chipper girl in your apartment building who stops and asks if you would like a fresh baked muffin. Lucky you, creepy me.
