Last week I whipped up some Ghirardelli Fudgy Gluten-Free Brownies and boy were they tasty. It was a late night baking adventure, which meant my brain was soggy from approving colors all day for children’s headbands (… that’s my job). Soggy-Katey-Brain didn’t remember her prior statement (from a brownie disaster) about high altitude adjustments for future brownies. It wasn’t until I reached 25 minutes of bake time that I remembered about the altitude. So the brownies stayed in the oven for about 10 more minutes and turned out delightful. High altitude win.
