I decided to bake the Rosemary’s Baby shortbread cookies, with orange zest and finely chopped rosemary. This cookbook is great because it gives you tips on each recipe. Using an orangelo instead of an orange gives a brighter taste in the cookie. I also was a bit ahead of myself and dumped in two full eggs, instead of just the yolks. This made my batter gooey, so I added in a bit more flour and cornmeal and the cookies turned out fine. Success.
