Last night’s dinner was on the table… at 9:30, but it was worth the wait. I used a recipe for bang bang tofu and made my own substitutions to the dish by using sriracha and chile paste instead of hot sauce or Tabasco. I even let my tofu drain for 30 minutes. That was a big girl cooking move. Now, I must devour the rest of this dish before Thursday when I am off for another weekend adventure!
