On most Sundays, you can find me in my kitchen baking delightful things. Yesterday, the recipe I used for my Cherry Delight was very simple. Almond meal, sugar, 1 egg and cherries. The recipe called for 1 egg yoke, but I put the whole thing in since I felt my batter wasn’t moist enough. The outcome was not too sweet and pairs nicely with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. And I ate a lot of cherries in the midst of baking this dessert. Win.
