Well, I figured you out. A Bakey Katey win. Earlier this week I baked a simple cake recipe with sliced pluots on top. This adventure falls into the ‘fruit’ category which I can’t seem to get away from. Served with a dollop of vanilla ice cream, this cake has the perfect mix of sweet and tart.
