I woke up Saturday morning and the weather was cool. Perfect for baking scones. I queued up all my Bon Iver albums, pressed played and preheated my oven. The rest was the magic of Bakey Katey. Flour here, pastry cutter there, and a bit of raspberries to produce a ever-so-yummy whole wheat Raspberry & Ricotta Scone from the Smitten Kitchen blog.
These scones are so good I just might not share. I blame it on the cool weather.
