The recipe I found for Thai Tea Shortbread Cookies has been on my list for a while to bake. The problem? Finding Thai Tea. I love shortbread recipes and in the past made Cardamom shortbread cookies that were very divine. Using Thai Tea as a flavor enhancer seemed like a great idea!
Once I found the Thai Tea at a local Asian market, the baking adventure began and was successful. The ending cookie doesn’t have a distinct Thai Tea taste, yet it is still lovely. Any suggestions to bring a bigger flavor punch?
