Me and my mom baking = bakey katey & co. this weekend! You must be seriously jealous of our cute morning together full of measuring flour, listening to records and drinking smoothies.
My mom choose the recipe, Anginetti, aka. Italian lemon cookies. The recipe was fairly simple but if I baked these cookies again, I would try and substitute the lemon extract for fresh lemon juice and zest. I just need that fresh lemon taste. Also, I would be curious if you substituted butter for the shortening if it would give the cookie more moisture. These are baking lessons to be learned kids!
