I am going to be real for a second and say that I am not the best cook when it comes to meat. The Georgia Chicken recipe I chose turned out pretty good, but I would like to try it again to find the perfect chicken moisture. Sautéed onions with portobello mushrooms tops the chicken with sprinkled mozzarella. Accompanying this dish was roasted potatoes and broccoli, which made this meal hearty and comforting.
