Talk about an exceptional breakfast! I put together this Blueberry Breakfast Grain Salad earlier this week and it has been such a nice change from my usual egg and cheese english muffin. I made a few substitutions in the recipe, walnuts for hazelnuts and red quinoa for golden, that didn’t change the final outcome at all. My favorite part? The yogurt, maple syrup, and nutmeg sauce that you toss the grains in. The flavors of the grain salad really come together after a day in fridge.
