This spring I planted seeds for basil and can’t wait to use the leaves! My plants are only 3 inches high, so I am forced to buy my basil until I can start using my own. White girl problems.
Over the weekend, I used my Sillypop Popsicle Molds and decided on a Basil Peach Pop recipe. I didn’t follow the recipe exactly, since I didn’t have all day to freeze and re-blend the basil peach mixture. I did the first round of freeze and blitz, and then poured the mixture in my popsicle molds. The ending result is a gourmet popsicle that has the sweetness of peaches and aromatic properties of basil. Yum!
