It is my dad’s birthday today and over the weekend we had a nice celebration. I made him his very first ‘Bakey Katey’ birthday cake and he loved it!
The recipe I found for Vanilla Cinnamon Sponge Cake sounded divine for a celebration. I haven’t dabbled in the ‘sponge cake’ world before and was afraid that I might over mix the batter. The cake turned out super tasty and was well received by my family. Woot woot!
